An Otolaryngologist treats problems of the entire head and neck region, in addition to treatment of the traditional ENT problems, such as vertigo, hearing loss, sinusitis, nosebleeds and hoarseness. They are specialists trained in the treatment of tumors, congenital abnormalities, infections and trauma in the head and neck region. The head and neck surgeon deals with all diseases and lesions in this area except for eye-related disorders and lesions of the brain, which would be in the realm of ophthalmology and neurosurgery / neurology respectively.

Is an Otolaryngologist with 28 years of experience who treats children and adults for disorders of the Ear, Nose and Throat. In addition to General Otolaryngology, he provides specialty care for Head & Neck tumors, surgical treatment of thyroid tumors and pediatric disorders of the head and neck.

He graduated from Delbarton School in Morristown, New Jersey in 1964. He then received a BA in Biology from Boston University in 1968 and his MD degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey in 1974. He completed residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the UMDNJ affiliated hospitals. He is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery since 1978.
