Francis Tsao, M.D. has joined Otolaryngology-Head and neck Surgery as of December 1, 2011.

Dr. Tsao received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and the Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of California-Davis Medical Center in 1990, and a Fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in 1991.

He is an active member of the medical staff of the St. Joseph ’s Healthcare System and is available to provide care to pediatric and adult patients in need of Otolaryngology Services at both St Joseph's Regional Medical Center and St Joseph's Wayne Hospital.
